Dear Participants, Lecturers, and Visitors,
We would like to inform you that works are currently underway this week to mark parking spaces and install new traffic signage in the area behind the Institution’s building.
We hereby announce the implementation of new parking regulations. Starting Monday, March 16, 2026, the parking lot behind the Institution’s building will be converted into a paid parking zone, officially designated as a Category 4 parking area.
Parking Billing Details:
- Charging Hours: Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 15:00; Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00.
- Price: €0.40 per hour.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS AND LECTURERS: To ensure that these new regulations do not disrupt your educational activities, the Institution has secured free parking for all participants and lecturers, strictly for the duration of their scheduled classes.
Furthermore, we kindly request that you refrain from parking on the green areas!
Instructions for Obtaining Free Parking:
- Upon arriving for your class, please collect a special parking pass from the Institution’s Secretariat.
- The pass must be displayed in a clearly visible location beneath your vehicle’s windshield.
- Upon the conclusion of your class, you are required to return the parking pass to the Secretariat.
We highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation during the implementation of these changes.
