Another group of learners at Public Open University Čakovec has successfully completed the Food Preparation Basics education programme.

During the programme, the learners acquired practical knowledge and skills needed for work in the kitchen, from hygiene standards and proper food handling to basic and more advanced food preparation techniques. Through the theoretical and practical parts of the programme, they had the opportunity to become familiar with working in a professional kitchen environment and to develop confidence, precision, and independence in food preparation.
