Project summary:
Based on secondary research conducting in secondary schools and focus groups with teachers, starting points will be prepared for changing the training program created within the GEM project, funded by the Erasmus + program, aimed at training adult educators who meet members of the Roma community. The aim of the project is to empower teachers who teach in secondary schools to work with Roma students prepared by the training program, which will at least partially prevent early school leaving and failure in the process of vocational or vocational education, and will indirectly affect the level of education and competitiveness. labor market.
