Project summary:
The project was presented as a tool by which partners can improve the quality of their work, their operational capacity measured in an international environment, which will enable them to cooperate in creating and exchanging new methods and approaches, according to priorities and needs of target groups. Although this is not the first time that women have been introduced to the ICT industry, the project aims to be an example of good practice, with an impact on the European Union, which can be transferred to other countries and institutions.
Project goals:
– Promote motivation and development of new interests in women at risk of social exclusion (economic, geographical, refugee difficulties, first target group) using new technologies
– Facilitate new educational tools and methodologies for educators and adult education centers so that they can update their academic programming
– Encourage the active participation of these target groups in building skills, knowledge and competencies
– Promote the conscious and correct use of new technologies for the development of new ways of learning and organizing knowledge
– Break down cultural barriers and improve women’s sensitivity to the sector
– Provide adult training centers with a gender perspective that allows them to reconsider their approach to training and look for more opportunities for the egalitarian sector
