We are excited to share that the partners for our Erasmus+ project “Raising Awareness for a Greener Tomorrow” have officially assembled for our first online meeting!
Representatives from organizations in Croatia (ČAKOM, Public Open University Čakovec), Slovenia (People’s University Lendava), and North Macedonia (Open Civic University For Lifelong Learning Vanco Prke) came together virtually to kick off this 18-month project focused on environmental education.
Over the next year and a half, we’ll be collaborating to:
- Conduct research on environmental education and waste management practices in our countries
- Create resources like a methodological manual and curriculum to empower adult educators and learners on green topics
- Pilot workshops to raise awareness about environmental issues
- Develop a website and interactive tools to promote sustainability
By pooling our passion and expertise, we aim to equip individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to make environmentally-conscious choices.
