We know that the future of adult education lies in micro-credentials! That is why, at the SMART AGE partner meeting in Ormož, we proudly shared the results of the MC CHEF project.
We presented the following to our partners from Bildungshaus Retzhof and Ljudska univerza Ormož:
- The completed curriculum for basic cooking skills.
- The model for alignment with the ESCO classification.
- The structure of “blended” learning (theory + practice).
Since we are also developing a micro-credential for digital skills in the SMART AGE project, the experience and methodology gained from MC CHEF will serve as an excellent foundation for our future work.
