Have you already clicked on our zero-waste e-cookbook? If not, we invite you to explore it at the following link.

This is one of the results of the InclusiGardens project, which promotes sustainable eating habits, local cuisine, and the reduction of food waste in a practical, accessible, and intercultural way.

Our e-cookbook combines recipes, tips, and best practices from several countries, while also promoting intercultural dialogue through food. And most importantly – we have already received numerous enthusiastic responses from users. We are happy to share some impressions:

  • I am delighted that I can learn about Slovenian and Croatian cuisine in my own language (Dutch). It enriches my understanding of cultural diversity and inspires me to explore combinations of flavors.
  • With simple tips, you inspire and concretely support me to organize my kitchen quickly and thoughtfully. I have simplified meal preparation so that they are prepared in passing, while also being healthy and nutritious. With my fast-paced life, this was often left on the back burner.
  • I can’t believe that accessing and using the online version of the e-cookbook could be so easy for me. And I thought I wasn’t computer-savvy :)

Such comments inspire us to continue developing learning tools that connect sustainability, community, and everyday life. Food has the power to connect, teach, and empower – and our e-cookbook is a small but tasty step in that direction.

We invite you to read, try the recipes, and share them – may sustainable flavours connect us all!
