Erasmus+ projects are the best platform for networking and sharing ideas that change the community. At our transnational meeting for the SMART AGE project, we presented the successes of the InclusiGardens project.

Although the topics differ – from gardening to digital literacy – the goal remains the same: social inclusion.

We shared our strategies on how to motivate and include vulnerable groups in lifelong learning programs, an experience that will be valuable for working with seniors within the new SMART AGE project.
