The training we are currently participating in in Thessaloniki as part of the Erasmus+ project “Help to Opportunities” showed us that health literacy should be approached not only on a theoretical, but also on a practical level. With the professional guidance of our hosts and distinguished lecturers, we acquired/refreshed our knowledge of providing first aid and participated in other exercises.
