We are participating in the session of the Steering Group of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP) and continue to work diligently on the project “Thematic Country Report (TCR) on Upskilling Pathways in Croatia”. Today, we will discuss and validate the findings of the first phase of field research conducted at the micro level, including interviews and surveys conducted with adult education service providers, key stakeholders, and adult learners/service users. We will also consider the implications of these findings for the second phase of field research, which will focus on the meso level.
The project “Thematic Country Report on Upskilling Pathways in Croatia” aims to develop systematic and coordinated approaches to lifelong upskilling and reskilling of low-skilled adults, creating new opportunities for growth and development.
