We are extremely pleased to share with you that the project “Microcredential kitchen basics for gastronomy” in which POU Čakovec participates as one of the partners, within the Erasmus+ KA220-VET program, has been officially approved!
The project brings together partner organizations from Croatia, Austria, and Spain with the aim of improving vocational education in the field of gastronomy. Through collaboration with the lead partner KAOS Bildungsservice from Austria and partners Consultoría de Innovación Social and Maude Studio S.L. from Spain, we will develop an innovative curriculum and online courses for chef training. The project will enable more flexible and accessible education in gastronomy, improving the skills and employability of adult learners. Through innovative digital tools and practical training, our goal is to address the current challenges of skilled labor shortages in the hospitality industry.
The total project budget is 250,000 EUR.
The project will start on November 1, 2024, and will last for 26 months.
