About
The “Build Quality, Ensure Success” (BQES) project is a collaboration between adult education organizations in Slovenia and Croatia that aims to improve and digitize quality assessment systems. The objectives are to compare existing practices, improve staff competencies, encourage thinking on quality assurance, develop digital approaches, and establish a quality assessment group. Key activities include comparing systems between countries, study visits, digitizing procedures, and assessing quality indicators. The expected results are secondary research, exchanging good practices, introducing digital monitoring, assessing selected indicators, and creating a transnational action plan. Through these activities, the project seeks to develop a common national-level approach to quality assurance for adult education programs and support services. The goal is to optimize and digitize procedures to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality adult education.
