Today we held an online meeting of the “Higher Education for Roma” project, where we discussed with our partners from the Gospodarska škola Čakovec and Ljudska Univerza and Svojezična srednja škola from Lendava about the activities so far and agreed on the details of the transnational meeting that will be held in the second half of this month in Čakovec . The goal of the project is to empower teachers who teach in secondary schools to work with students of Roma nationality with a prepared training program, which will at least partially prevent early school leaving and failure in the professional or vocational education process, and will indirectly affect the level of education and competitiveness at labor market.
