Yesterday, we participated in a training as part of the project EMVL-II – Empowering Migrant Voices for Local Integration and Inclusion, on the topic “Co-design (co-creation) of public policies with migrant groups.” The training was organized by Međimurje County and the Centre for Peace Studies from Zagreb.
This was an excellent introduction to the concept of co-design and a discussion on how to jointly create and co-design public policies, strategies, and activities that are being, or are planned to be, implemented with migrant communities.
For many years, the Public Open University Čakovec has been contributing to the inclusion of foreigners in our society through its Croatian language courses for foreigners. We are pleased that employers like Terme Sveti Martin Spa & Resort have recognized the benefits of providing language education to their employees.
If you are interested in language courses for your employees, please contact us at info@pou-cakovec.hr for more information.
