The Public Open University of Čakovec (POU Čakovec) successfully hosted the second Transnational Partner Meeting for the Erasmus+ project, “Future Class Labs for VET” (FCL4VET), on [Date] at our institution. This pivotal meeting convened all project partners to collectively evaluate the progress achieved to date and to define a clear roadmap for the upcoming period.

The day was dedicated to intensive work and constructive discussions covering several key areas:

  • Project Progress Analysis: We conducted an in-depth review of the implementation status of the project results and the achievement of established milestones. Each partner presented their contributions and discussed challenges, providing a comprehensive overview of our collective progress.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Significant attention was given to the project’s financial framework, reporting obligations, and administrative procedures to ensure full transparency and compliance with Erasmus+ programme guidelines.
  • Planning of Key Future Activities: The consortium strategically mapped out the crucial activities for the following months, assigning concrete tasks and deadlines with a special focus on the development of innovative educational resources and methodologies.
  • Dissemination and Visibility: The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to review the new official project website. We also collaboratively updated and enhanced our dissemination plan to ensure that the outcomes of our work reach the widest possible relevant audience, including VET schools, teachers, and educational policymakers.

The atmosphere of productivity and collaboration resulted in a clear, shared vision and a consolidated plan for the project’s continued implementation. The partners left Čakovec feeling energized and with a renewed commitment to our common goal: advancing vocational education and training in Europe through the Future Class Labs concept. We are excited and fully prepared for the path ahead!
