This week, we visited Slovenia for the third partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Raising Awareness for a Greener Tomorrow” (RAGT). The RAGT project aims to raise awareness about the importance of proper waste sorting and management, highlighting how each individual can make a small yet significant contribution to environmental sustainability.

So far, the project team has developed several outputs:

  • A report on the current state of waste management practices in Slovenia, Croatia, and North Macedonia;
  • A methodological guide on effectively teaching green topics;
  • An interactive search tool designed to assist users in correctly separating waste.

The main focus of the meeting was the curriculum developed to enhance awareness and skills related to environmental topics among adult learners. Additionally, the curriculum’s piloting phase across the three partner countries was discussed.

As part of the meeting’s activities, we visited a local utility and waste management company, where we gained firsthand insights into waste management practices in Slovenia.

As the project nears completion, we are excited to soon share the final version of the curriculum, which will be available in English, Croatian, Slovenian, and Macedonian.

Stay tuned for more updates!
