The project is focused on addressing the issue of a shortage of qualified personnel in the hospitality industry through an innovative approach to education. The project includes four partners from different European countries: KAOS Bildungsservice from Austria, Consultoría de Innovación Social from Spain, Pučko otvoreno učilište Čakovec from Croatia, and Maude Studio S.L. from Spain. The main goal of the project is the development of flexible, digital educational content and micro-qualifications for chefs, which will enable the adaptation of education to current labor market needs and increase the employability and mobility of the workforce within Europe. The project encompasses the development of curricula, online courses, and testing in real-world conditions, and the results will be available in multiple languages and freely accessible on the market. The focus is on including vulnerable groups, promoting sustainable practices in hospitality, and strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and employers.
