Public Open University \u010cakovec continuously monitors the quality of its educational programmes and services, with learner feedback representing a particularly important part of this process. Their experiences, comments, and suggestions help us align our work with the real needs of adult learners and ensure that the education we provide is as high-quality, accessible, and relevant as possible.<\/p>\n
As part of the evaluation process, we analysed learners\u2019 responses regarding their satisfaction with the educational experience at our institution, their assessment of teaching quality, the support they receive during their education, and the areas they see as opportunities for further improvement.<\/p>\n
The evaluation results show that learners are satisfied with their educational experience at POU \u010cakovec and with the quality of teaching. They particularly emphasise the support provided by teachers, the sense of being welcomed, and the positive and encouraging learning environment. Many learners also recognise the importance of the programmes for their further personal development, professional growth, and strengthening of competences needed in the labour market.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the feedback also indicated areas where we can improve further. Learners highlighted the need for more simulations of real work situations, continued investment in spatial and material conditions, and further improvement of teaching quality and organisational support.<\/p>\n
We would like to thank all learners for their trust, honest comments, and constructive suggestions. Through open communication and systematic monitoring of learner satisfaction, we are jointly building higher-quality, more accessible, and more modern adult education.<\/p>\n
