On Friday, May 15, 2026, an introductory meeting for participants of the culinary course within the Erasmus+ program, specifically the MC Chef project, was held at the Pu\u010dko otvoreno u\u010dili\u0161te \u010cakovec (POU \u010cakovec). The meeting served as an introduction to a unique educational program that combines theory and practice. The participants will first take part in the online portion of the course, which was presented by Ivica Je\u0111ud, head of institutional and inter-organizational cooperation at POU \u010cakovec. Following that, they will apply the acquired knowledge in practice, about which they received detailed information from Anica Naran\u0111a, vocational teacher-mentor.<\/p>\n
This course is part of the Erasmus+ project MC Chef (Microcredential Kitchen Basics for Gastronomy<\/em>), within which POU \u010cakovec collaborates with partners from Austria and Spain. The main goal of the project is to create adaptable digital educational content and introduce microcredentials that will facilitate the employment of chefs across Europe.
