The mobility took place in Malaga, Spain, at the renowned organisation Euromind. Special emphasis was placed on analysing teaching methods, exploring communication channels between schools and learners, and reflecting on the role of teachers as mentors and guides throughout the lifelong learning process.<\/p>\n<p>The knowledge and experience gained go beyond the framework of traditional education. The participants acquired valuable insights into the development of key competences relevant to contemporary society, such as adaptive learning skills, communication and social competences, practical everyday skills, emotional well-being, and inclusion in diverse and inclusive educational environments. We believe that the newly acquired knowledge will contribute to creating modern, inclusive, and European-oriented adult education, aligned with the needs and challenges of today\u2019s society.<\/p>\n<p>We extend our gratitude to Euromind for their expertly designed programme, warm welcome, and continuous support throughout our stay in Malaga.
