Project partners created a training program for adult educators, who work in different fields and teach the Roma population. Adult education institutions and adult educators working with the Roma population expressed a need for professional development and competence building.

A survey was done which analyzed the needs of the adult Roma population, the findings of which were used in creating a quality program for adult Roma educators, which enabled their professional development and their upskilling. The pilot program was implemented in all partner countries and it included 36 participants. One of the expected results of this project was also the creation of a document “Manifest za Rome”, which described the knowledge and learning methods the Roma population wanted.

One of the goals of this project was not only to develop professional skills of adult educators, but also to increase the number of the Roma population included in education and to decrease dropout rates among the Roma population.
