About
The purpose of the project is to contribute to increasing the employability of vulnerable groups through education and professional training with the aim of successful integration into the labor market in the tourism and catering sector through the implementation of training for the simple occupations of assistant cook, pizza and grill preparer, waiter and tourist animator. 49 unemployed people and 12 mentors and 11 lecturers who will implement training programs for unemployed people will participate in the project. The goals of the project are to increase the employability of vulnerable groups through education and professional training with the aim of integrating them into the labor market in the tourism and hospitality sector while at the same time acquiring key competencies and soft skills and improving professional and pedagogical skills and knowledge of experts from the tourism and hospitality sector.
